The first time Scot visited the Renaissance Festival dressed as The Doctor, he could have sworn he had already done that but it turns out he was just remembering in the wrong order, so he did it again. He holds weirdly strong opinions on franchises such as The Witcher, A Song of Ice and Fire, Star Wars, and more! And yet he has pop culture blind spots so big he will probably miss your clever reference, but he rolled high on his charisma check so he will smile and chuckle so you don’t feel awkward.
